OOTD BY MRS. A | OFF TO DIVISORIA

WHAT I WORE: Owl printed top bought online (thrifted) | Black shorts bought online | Gray Jelly Sandals from Celine

Whenever we go home to Manila (Mr. A grew up there), we always make it a point to swing by Divisoria. The bonus part is that Mr. A's family home is literally a few blocks away from this popular thrift shopping place so we just walk around 10 to 15 minutes from their building to Divisoria. Ah, no traffic!

So since this is, afterall, Divisoria, where stalls are very near to each other and there are loads of people especially during the weekend (we went on a weekend, so yeah... lotsa people!), wearing jewelry is definitely a No-No. For the outfit, it is advisable to wear something simple like what I wore.

This outfit is just the same with any of my errands outfits - typical Top-Shorts-Flatst kind of outfit. I chose this Owl detailed top because it is really comfy to wear. Its looseness and the fabric is just perfect to endure the Manila weather. But luckily, when we went to Divisoria, Manila weather wasn't as hot as the last time we went there.

As for the sandals, flats of course! Maybe wearing heels during shopping is fine for those who brought a car with them but since we just walked from home to Divisoria, flats it is! I want to be nice to my feet.

So if ever you have plans on shopping in Divisoria, better wear comfy clothes and avoid wearing jewelry so as not to attract thieves. Keep it simple and casual.

I will also write a separate post about my Divisoria haul soon and probably make a VLOG about it. Watch out for it.
