Everybody knows who Bart Simpson is - the only Simpsons son who always says "DOH!" whenever he gets into a mishap. I've been watching The Simpsons since I was in grade school. Bart Simpsons' antics never fail to make me laugh. I actually consider him as one of my favorite cartoon characters.
That's why when I saw this dress online, I didn't hesitate one bit on buying it, even if it meant on driving to the southern part of Davao City just to get it.

For this Bart Simpson OOTD, I decided to pair it with Black harem pants because the dress was too short for Church Clothing Standards. But I removed the pants when we arrived at SM Ecoland for lunch.
In my previous posts, I mentioned that I usually wear dresses (especially tight dresses) with pants or any other bottoms. What I do is that I tuck these dresses in so make an illusion that they are long tops.
It's the same with this dress. Since I couldn't wear it as is to church, the black harem pants was really of big help.
