"FIVE-PEAT" WIN for PLDT AT OOKLA SPEEDTEST AWARDS 2022

It is not everyday that you hear that term "FIVE-PEAT". But in PLDT's case, they have earned such a term which is the company's, and that of the country's, first ever!

Global benchmarking company OOKLA, for the 5th time, announced that PLDT has once again conquered the SPEEDTEST AWARDS after achieving a speed test score of 86.52 in 2022. This is also thanks to the country's largest telco's aggressive network expansion and their drive to lift the quality of customer experience.

PLDT President and CEO Alfredo S. Panlilio receives the award from Ookla CTO Luke Deryckx at a special ceremony held recently.

With the consistent wins at the Ookla® Speedtest Awards, PLDT also clocked the top speeds

in major areas in the Philippines and bested all other major telco providers in 2022 on areas including

Pasig City, Cagayan de Oro, and Baguio City, amongst others.
